Prices, Orders, Payments and Delivery
- All the prices presented on our website are list prices (the manufacturer's suggested retail price). The discounts we can offer depend on the final value of the order, the kind of the products and delivery conditions (agreed individually).
- The orders can be placed by phone or via email after agreeing the sales conditions.
- Once the advance payment or full payment is settled the order is validated and accepted (as per pro-forma invoice). In case of partial payment, the remaining amount must be paid before the goods are dispatched.

We have Catalano zero hand basins which are roughly 10 years old. They have underneath at the front metal studs that a hand rail can be attached to. I have tried to procure the rails here in Australia only to be told that the Zero range has been discontinued and that the hand rail therefore is unavailable. The hand basin is 50 x 50.
Do you have any obsolete hand rails in stock and if so how much do the rails cost and also postage. I await to hear back from you. Gayle Brooks -
