If the order is placed over the phone you will be asked to confirm it in writing. This is required to avoid any confusion or errors with regards to product specification etc. Once it’s done, our sales consultant will contact you and send you a pro-forma invoice with your order details. It is kindly requested that you verify the details on pro-forma invoice and if everything is correct you can proceed with the payment. The payment of the full amount (or advance payment, if applicable) validates the acceptance of the order, which can not be modified or cancelled by Buyer thereafter.
Payment for the goods ordered, together with the relevant shipping costs, is to be made by bank transfer or, in some cases via PayPal.
The payment option is confirmed and chosen individually. For further guidance or in case of any doubts please contact one of our sales consultants.
Orders are invoiced either in Euros or Pound Sterling. Taxes and rates are calculated based upon the shipping country.
In some cases, if you have a company with VAT number registered in a member state of the EU, it is possible, by providing the company's details, to purchase without taxes being applied.
If the shipping address is in another non-EU country, VAT will not be applied, but the customer will pay the taxes and duties required by the destination customs.
3. LEAD TIMES
If the products are available in stock, they will be shipped in 2 working days after receipt of the payment. The products not available in stock will be shipped according to the supplier's schedule.
PLEASE NOTE: all the orders that arrive from 1st to 31st August will be processed from the first week of September, due the the suppliers holidays. All the orders that arrive from the second week of December will be processed starting from the second week of January, due to the Christmas and New Year Holidays.
Should the lead times postponed from the suppliers, the customer will be informed as quickly as possible. Should for any reason be impossible to order products from the suppliers, the customer will be informed by email and an agreement will be found between the parties (refund or replacement of the material).
All the items acquired from our store can be delivered within UK as well as worldwide.
After the order has been accepted the goods are delivered by courier at the risk of the Buyer. The delivery periods indicated by Italian-Bathrooms.co.uk are for guidance only and are not binding. If the Buyer stipulates other delivery periods or dates these are also without binding effect. We will endeavour to deliver purchased goods within the given time however we will not be held responsibility for any shipment delays, cancellations etc. which are beyond our control.
As soon as the goods are available, Italian-Bathrooms.co.uk will proceed with the shipping and will provide the Buyer with the tracking number of the package to monitor the delivery.
The amount of the shipping cost is dependant on the size of the order and the place of destination. You may be offered free shipping on your order, though it would be considered and applied individually.
All products are checked before the dispatch and every effort is made to send the consignments well and adequately packed up. Before collection of the consignment, in the presence of courier please check the package for any damage that might have occurred during the delivery. If the package is damaged, please fill the claim receipt in the presence of courier. Checking the package before the collection is a necessary requirement to accept the claims involving delivery damage. Any claims regarding the delivered goods need to be reported in writing within 3 days from the date of delivery to the address given; after that time the complaints won’t be considered.
5. RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS
The Buyer have the right to cancel their order, within 14 days of receiving their goods, even if the goods aren’t faulty.
Please note: This applies only to items from stock as the products ordered from the manufacturer are goods made to order.
The written confirmation is required re the return, this can be accepted in a form of an email. We will send you a withdrawal form which you will need to fill and return to us. The unused goods need to be returned back within 14 days of informing us. The Buyer covers the costs of returning the goods.
You will get a refund within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation, but refund can be delayed if we haven't received the goods.
These rules apply just to private consumers and cannot in any way apply to Companies/Entrepreneurs.
Damaged products can not be refunded.

The Buyer may also collect navigation data, including information about links and links in which they choose to click or other activities on our website. Legal basis - a legitimate interest, consisting in facilitating the use of electronic services and improving the functionality of these services.
