Prices, Orders, Payments and Delivery

• All the prices presented on our website are list prices (the manufacturer's suggested retail price). The discounts we can offer depend on the final value of the order, the kind of the products and delivery conditions (agreed individually).
• The orders can be placed by phone or via email after agreeing the sales conditions.
• Once the advance payment or full payment is settled the order is validated and accepted (as per pro-forma invoice). In case of partial payment, the remaining amount must be paid before the goods are dispatched.
• The lead time is usually between 4 and 8 weeks and depends on the product specification and place of destination.
